Return Policy and FAQ
- For orders shipped within the United States, Tibi.com will accept a return or exchange of full price merchandise 20 days after your order has shipped. For your convenience, we can provide a pre-paid return label and $8.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund back onto your original form of payment if you use the pre-paid label.
- Returns for Store Credit are complimentary when you use the return label provided.
- You may also use a shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a courier that will provide you with a tracking number as Tibi is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

- For orders shipped internationally, Tibi.com will accept returns of full price merchandise 20 days after your order has shipped. Please note returns must be sent back to Tibi from the country in which you received them. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Tibi; however, you may contact your local customs bureau directly in an effort to recover these fees.
What items are eligible for return or exchange?
- Full priced Items purchased within the last 20 days.
What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll typically get your refund within 48 hours.
